Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody and the Crime Stoppers association are partnering with the Department of Corrections to distribute over 5,000 decks of playing cards to Florida inmates, in a bid to solve cold cases. Each card will depict a missing person or unsolved homicide, with information on how to report tips anonymously. The program, which has previously led to arrests, offers tipsters up to $9,500 for information leading to the resolution of a cold case.
