Economist Jeff Rubin, a former chief economist at CIBC World Markets and author of "A Map of the New Normal", will discuss global economic impacts of inflation, war, supply chain disruptions, and energy scarcity at the Picton Branch Library on June 20 at 7 p.m. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased at peclibrary.org or at library branches. The talk will be hosted by Wendy Mesley, an experienced CBC interviewer. Proceeds from the event benefit the library's special projects.
