Aston Martin to boost pay by 4% for over 2,500 UK employees and contractors in 2024 and 2025, with manufacturing technicians receiving an additional 1.5% rise in 2025 and a one-hour reduction in their working week. A one-off £1,000 payment will be given to eligible staff to address the high cost of living. The agreement also includes a new employee share scheme, and was reached through negotiations with trade union Unite.
