Ashwini Vaishnaw re-joins India's Union Cabinet as Minister of Railways, Communications, and Electronics and IT.

Ashwini Vaishnaw, a former IAS officer and politician known for railway sector reforms, has been re-inducted into India's Union Cabinet in Modi 3.0 government. Vaishnaw, a Rajya Sabha member from Odisha, served as Minister of Railways, Communications, and Electronics and IT in the previous government. With a background from IIT Kanpur and Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Vaishnaw is set to oversee infrastructure and technology sectors again.
