70-year-old man dies in North Las Vegas house fire. Early Saturday morning, the North Las Vegas Fire Department responded to a house fire in the 4200 block of Seth Drive. Firefighters found the man suffering second and third-degree burns, and despite CPR, he was pronounced dead at University Medical Center. The cause of the fire is under investigation with estimated damages of $250,000.
