34-year-old man from Huron-Kinloss charged by South Bruce OPP for fleeing collision scene on Highway 9 near Sideroad 10 in Kincardine. Police received report at 4:03 p.m., found driver displaying impairment, and charged with dangerous driving, failing to remain, and failing to comply with a breath demand. Witnesses reported aggressive driving prior to the crash.
