Vietnamese professor Nguyen Vu Quoc Huy, rector of Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy, received the Knight of the National Order of Merit of France for his significant contributions to Vietnam-France relations, research achievements, and efforts to promote medical and French language exchanges. Over 30 years, Huy has built partnerships with French universities, hospitals, regions, and NGOs, and facilitated cultural exchanges between the two countries.
