The Tampa Bay Rays have activated left-hander Colin Poche from the 15-day injured list following his recovery from mid-back tightness. In a corresponding move, the team has placed left-hander Richard Lovelady on the 15-day IL due to a left forearm flexor strain. Poche, 30, last pitched on April 23 and has a 6.75 ERA across his first 9 1/3 big league innings this season.
