30s woman rescued after falling 40 ft from retaining wall in Pittsburgh's Strip District; incident occurred near Frank Kurto Park and Bigelow Blvd at 11:30 am on Saturday. Workers from an Audi dealership nearby heard screams and alerted authorities. Two police officers and three medics used a rope to retrieve her, then firefighters raised her using a truck. It is uncertain how long she was on the hill before assistance was called.
