A $150,000 reward is being offered for info on attempted armed robberies of postal carriers in Kansas City's Westport area. On May 29, law enforcement reported three black men, one armed with a gun, approached postal carriers at different locations. US Postal Inspection Service is seeking information leading to arrest and conviction of the perpetrator.
