Three people were killed and one critically injured in a head-on collision on Louisiana Highway 308 near McCloud Drive, Lafourche Parish, on June 8. Ethelwaldo Dejesus, driving a Honda Accord at high speed, crossed the centerline and collided with a Honda Pilot. Dejesus and his passenger, Braysi Pineda Zuniga, along with Page Abadie, a passenger in the Pilot, died at the scene. The driver of the Pilot was hospitalized.
