On June 8, 2024, a false alarm triggered a siren in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, leading to concerned calls to State Warning Point and Oahu Warning Point. The siren was eventually stopped with a Cancel Tone. The Hawai'i Emergency Management Agency (HI-EMA) is investigating the cause and plans a follow-up review on June 10.
