Mexico's natural gas market continues to see growth under President-elect Sheinbaum, with natural gas imports rising to 7.65 Bcf/d over the past 10 days, the highest on record. North American natural gas prices have also been on the rise, with prices reaching $3.00/MMBtu amid hot weather and high demand. The New York Mercantile Exchange contract for July settled at $2.821, up 6.4 cents day/day.
