2 men abducted a Ludhiana factory owner, forcing him to sign a sale deed for his scooter and transfer money through UPI. Shivam Kheri was kidnapped by Harjot Singh and Harmanpreet Singh, who later dropped him off near Arora Cinema. The Division Number 6 police have booked the accused under multiple sections of the Indian Penal Code. This is the second such incident in Ludhiana within seven months.
