A study by Ghana's Central Region Office of the National Youth Authority reveals that tricycle and motorcycle riders are major contributors to teen pregnancies, child marriages, and sexual and gender-based violence in the region. The study, conducted due to rising reports of STI and SGBV incidents, prompted a training program for these riders in collaboration with regional authorities and UNFPA, aiming to reduce teen pregnancy and child marriage rates.
