Former EC Chair Charlotte Osei has been enstooled as 'Safohen' of Nkum Asafo Group number 4, and will lead the group during the Fetu Oguaa Afahye Festival in September. The annual Fetu Afahye Festival celebrates the people and chiefs of Cape Coast Traditional Area in Ghana's Central Region, with the Omanhene (paramount chief of Oguaa) spending a week in confinement to confer with the gods beforehand.
