Blackburn Market's public toilets refurbished by Blackburn with Darwen Council after 13 years.

Blackburn Market's public toilets receive their first refurbishment in 13 years, completed by the Blackburn with Darwen Council's corporate building team. Four female cubicles, three male cubicles, and a new baby changing unit were transformed. The market, which opened in 2011, now has 62 stalls for dining and browsing. Disabled visitors have a stand-alone bathroom and a disabled changing room within shop mobility.
