54-year-old Troy Chatman Jr. was identified as the man killed in a four-vehicle crash in Kansas City, Missouri. A speeding Chevrolet Equinox hit Chatman's Ford Expedition, a Toyota Camry, and a Ford F-150 on June 1 at Interstate 70 and Manchester Ave. Chatman, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected from his vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the Chevrolet Equinox was charged with DWI and possession of a controlled substance.
