77-year-old Timothy Toczylowski was identified as the victim of a fatal home explosion in Lake Zurich, a northwest Chicago suburb, on Tuesday evening. The Lake County Coroner's Office reported that an autopsy found Toczylowski's injuries were consistent with inhaling products of combustion, but toxicology and carbon monoxide tests were pending. The cause of the explosion remains under investigation.
