24-year-old Oscar Antonio Ramirez was killed in a car crash on Interstate 90 in southeast Minnesota after his car collided with a semi around 1:40 a.m. The Albert Lea man, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was pronounced dead at the scene, and it's not known if he was under the influence of alcohol. The semi driver, Murad Bazarov, escaped the crash without injuries and was not under the influence of alcohol.
