41-year-old man arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in Bangor, Co Down after a 40-year-old man was found unconscious with a significant head injury on Fort Road. The victim remains in serious condition at the hospital. The suspect is also being investigated for possession of an offensive weapon. The police are urging anyone with information or relevant footage to contact them.
