39-year-old Kerrville man, Jesse Lee Rounsley, was arrested for online solicitation of a minor after engaging in sexual communications with an undercover officer. The Kerr County Sheriff's Office Special Operations Division conducted the investigation, leading to Rounsley's arrest before he could meet with the supposed minor at a public park. Additional charges may be filed as the investigation continues.
