Rivers State Executive Council in Nigeria approves N74.9bn for State House of Assembly auditorium reconstruction, Kalaibiama/Epellema Road construction, and completion of four zonal hospitals across the state. This includes N19.6bn for the Assembly auditorium, N29bn for the Kalaibiama-Epellema Road, and N26.3bn for the hospitals. The projects aim to strengthen secondary-level healthcare delivery in the region.
