2024 Paris Olympics: World Aquatics allows men in artistic swimming, but no male swimmers included in US team event.
Despite World Aquatics' decision to allow men to participate in artistic swimming at the Olympics, no male swimmers will be represented in the 10-country team event in Paris, as the US left pioneer Bill May out of their squad. World Aquatics expressed disappointment, acknowledging the challenge of having men earn a spot on a team since their eligibility was only confirmed 18 months prior to Paris 2024.
