GDLS and Marshall Canada win $2.58bn contract to modernize Canadian Armed Forces' logistics vehicles fleet.

General Dynamics Land Systems (GDLS) and joint venture partner Marshall Canada win a CA$2.58bn contract to modernize Canadian Armed Forces' logistics vehicle fleet. The contract includes vehicle acquisition (C$1.5bn) and in-service support (C$1.08bn) over 25 years. GDLS and Marshall Canada will supply over 1,000 light trucks and 500 heavy trucks, working with Mercedes-Benz (Daimler Trucks), Soframe, and Manac, Inc. on the project.
