32-year-old Woodbridge man sentenced to 3 years, 10 months in prison for fraudulently accessing almost $400K in superannuation and life insurance benefits of deceased girlfriend in 2019. Convicted following a jury trial for using her mobile phone to change beneficiary details to his own. The Australian Federal Police charged the man in July 2020 after claims his girlfriend's account was accessed shortly after her death.
