18-year-old Tierstan Cochran, abducted in North Carolina, was found safe in Virginia by a Virginia State Police trooper after receiving a BOLO alert. The trooper performed a traffic stop on a gray Dodge Hornet at a gas station near Exit 7 in Bristol, VA, and arrested four additional individuals. The Fayetteville Police Department issued an Ashanti Alert and the case remains open, with pending charges.
