17-year-old shot in torso at a prom party in a luxury high-rise apartment building in Flatbush, Brooklyn. The incident occurred at around 8:40 p.m. on Thursday. Police are searching for two suspects believed to be responsible. The victim was rushed to Kings County Hospital in stable condition. This is not the first dangerous incident to occur at this luxury high-rise.
