61-year-old Patricia Williams, from Howard, has been identified as the deceased woman found by a passerby near Kepler Drive in Green Bay's east side. The body was discovered on Monday, June 3, at around 8 a.m. in the 1000 block of Kepler Drive. An autopsy performed by the Brown County Office of the Medical Examiner did not indicate foul play, and no further details have been released.
