40-year-old Kyle Pullen, who went missing in March from the Community Corrections Center (CCC-L) in Lincoln, was arrested and booked into Lancaster County Jail on June 5. Pullen, sentenced for possession of a deadly weapon by a prohibited person, had been absent for two months. The CCC-L allows inmates to participate in work, school, and religious services without direct supervision with prior approval.
