29-year-old Jamaican singer Stero Don was shot dead in Greater Georgetown, Guyana by a taxi driver during a money dispute.
29-year-old Jamaican singer Navar George Barton, known as Stero Don, was shot dead in Sophia, Greater Georgetown, Guyana during an argument over money with a taxi driver. His 19-year-old girlfriend heard the knock on the door, the argument, and two gunshots. Barton was pronounced dead at Georgetown Public Hospital. A 37-year-old taxi driver is the main suspect and has been arrested, while another man is still at large.
