St. Louis couple, Mark and Patricia McCloskey, who were convicted for waving guns at racial justice protesters outside their home in 2020, have had their misdemeanor convictions expunged. The judge who made the decision stated that the purpose of expungement is to give people who have rehabilitated themselves a second chance. The McCloskeys have now demanded that the city return the two guns seized during their case.
