Saudi Group in talks with Airbus and Boeing for wide-body jets due to narrow-body aircraft production constraints.

Saudi Group, which owns Saudia Airlines and budget carrier Flyadeal, is in talks with Airbus and Boeing to order wide-body jets due to constraints in production slots of narrow-body aircraft. The state-owned group last month ordered 105 narrow-body Airbus planes but required 180, as air travel demand surges post-pandemic. Airbus is sold out until the end of the decade for single-aisle jets.
