Patria Investments acquires Nexus Capital, expanding its Colombian real estate AUM to $2.2bn.
Patria Investments (NASDAQ:PAX) announced an agreement to acquire Nexus Capital, a top independent real estate asset manager in Colombia with $800m AUM. Upon completion, Patria's Real Estate AUM in Colombia will exceed $2.2bn, expected to fully close by Q3 2024. Nexus' robust portfolio and track record are set to enhance Patria's real estate platform, supporting growth and investor relationships.
