Oneida County Sheriff's Office names new K9 officer "Jensen" after fallen Syracuse Police Officer, funded by drug forfeiture money for bomb detection.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office honors fallen Syracuse Police Officer Michael Jensen by naming a new K9 officer after him. The 15-month-old Dutch Shepherd trainee, named "Jensen", was funded through drug forfeiture money and will primarily be used for bomb and explosives detection at major events. This addition is the third K9 officer introduced to the Oneida County Sheriff's Office this week.
