Ohio's Division of Cannabis Control (DCC) will launch initial dual-use marijuana license applications for medical marijuana operators on June 7. The licenses will allow operators to handle both medical and adult-use marijuana. The first licenses will be issued to current medical marijuana cultivators, processors, laboratories, and dispensaries. Ohio is preparing for its first legal sales of marijuana for recreational use, with no set date announced yet.
