Nigerian singer Mohbad's autopsy suggests that a drug reaction may have contributed to his death. Toxicology tests found a non-lethal concentration of Diphenhydramine, an anti-histamine, in his system. The autopsy could not determine a specific cause of death due to decomposition, but the report indicated that a fatal anaphylactic shock (drug reaction) could have been a possible factor. The cause of death remains undetermined.
