New Zealand's West Coast will launch the Resilience to Organised Crime in Communities (ROCC) Work Programme in 2024, receiving $2.6m funding over the next two years. The programme aims to support communities in addressing locally identified harms and social conditions associated with organized crime, focusing on those at risk, individuals impacted by methamphetamine, and Rangatahi (youth). The ROCC Work Programme has already been launched in various regions and will be introduced to Northland, Porirua, and the West Coast in 2024.
