8-month-old Miya Tucker from Kentucky, Ohio County, was reported missing, prompting a search by Kentucky State Police. Parents, Tesla Tucker (29) and Cage Rudd (30), have been arrested and detained at the Daviess County Detention Center on charges of first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and abandonment of a minor.
