Ipswich Borough Council submitted a planning application for a leisure and aquatics center and related developments near Ipswich Town FC's stadium.
Proposals for a new leisure and aquatics center outside Ipswich Town Football Club's stadium have been submitted by Ipswich Borough Council. The full planning application includes plans for an eight-lane 25-meter swimming pool, a learner pool, a fitness suite, a café, soft play area, and outside public spaces. If approved, a new hotel and redevelopment of ITFC's Cobbold Stand are also proposed, along with a new pedestrian route and multi-storey car park.
