Inveraray Castle, home to the Duke of Argyll, plans a £25m distillery project to create over 20 local jobs and boost tourism. The 10,225 sq ft distillery could produce up to 440,000 gallons of alcohol annually, with a visitor centre expected to draw in tourists. The new Inveraray Distillery aims to produce a single malt whisky for Clan Campbell blend and will be equipped with environmentally friendly solutions.
