Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb has a new $300,000 meeting space, added to the Carriage House next to his residence. Originally planned as an entertaining deck, higher costs led to the addition of Room 46, a 317 sq ft office/meeting space completed in January 2024. The space will be used for meetings with business leaders and international visitors during economic development and company visits.
