Delta State police arrest 3 suspected armed robbers, recover weapons in Sapele. The police command's special squad, led by ASP Julius Robinson, arrested the suspects on June 5 and recovered a Beretta pistol, a locally made cut-to-size gun, three cutlasses, cell phones, and ATM cards belonging to their victims. The suspects, Blessing Atima, Destiny Okpako, and Wisdom Akpohirowho, have been linked to six armed robbery operations in Sapele. The operations were carried out based on credible intelligence to curb the rising activities of hoodlums in Ughelli, Warri, Sapele, and environs.
