3 dead, including a child, in apparent murder-suicide at Chase Bank in southwest Miami-Dade. The incident occurred in the bank's drive-thru on Bird Road and 152nd Avenue. Authorities believe a man in an SUV shot a woman in a minivan and her child before turning the gun on himself. An on-duty sergeant discovered the bodies after responding to the gunshots.
