2 construction workers died in Ile-Ife, Osun State after getting trapped in a well while attempting to retrieve a bucket that had fallen in. The incident occurred during water fetching at a construction site opposite Ilesa Motor Park. An eyewitness stated that one worker accidentally fell into the well and the second worker, in an attempt to rescue him, also got trapped.
