Magners cider maker C&C Group's CEO Patrick McMahon resigns amid accounting errors. The company has revealed €17m in retrospective charges including a €10m charge concerning inventory matters at its Clonmel cider manufacturing plant. C&C Group shares dropped by 7.7% following the announcement of McMahon's departure. McMahon stepped up from his position as finance chief to become the group's chief executive in May last year.
