24-year-old Yusef Dewees, father of missing Palmdale baby Baki Dewees, has been charged with murder and child abuse. Authorities suspect Baki's death occurred between May 2 and 3, and although the child's remains have not been found, the father was arrested in Utah and is awaiting extradition to Los Angeles County. The mother, Rosealani Gaoa, was also arrested on suspicion of child abuse.
