61-year-old Jackie Davis was killed in Pascagoula after being hit by a debris truck while in a motorized wheelchair at the intersection of Old Mobile Highway and Market Street. The truck struck Davis, who was traveling south in the northbound lanes, then dragged the wheelchair under the truck. Police Chief Terry Scott confirmed Davis' death after he was rushed to the hospital following the accident.
