20-year-old drug dealer Fynley Jefferies tried to evade police by jumping into a river in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. Neighbourhood officers spotted him on a fence with a man bag and black plastic bag. When they approached him, Jefferies fled, darted into bushes, and jumped into the water, where he stayed for a few minutes and tied his bag to hanging branches before returning to the officers.
