Thai tourism has generated 709 billion baht from 14.9 million foreign arrivals, which represents around 30% of the international revenue target for 2024. The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) anticipates Thailand to be recognized as the 'Best Adventure Destination' in Global Traveler's 2024 Leisure Lifestyle Awards. The Thailand Travel Mart Plus (TTM+) 2024 event in Phang-Nga aims to generate over 3 billion baht in future tourism-related revenue, with 425 buyers from 50 countries and 430 Thai sellers attending.
